In the last few hours there has been a worldwide computer attack that is affecting approximately 13 million computers and thousands of operators on five continents. It is a malicious virus that causes that the antennas of the brand Ubiquiti, technology leader in telecommunication based in San Jose (California-USA), will now be rendered unusable, leaving the users without Internet.
Since the international organizations notified about this problem, the technicians of Olé Comunicación have not stopped working, day and night, to try to mitigate the consequences of this criminal cyber virus that may cause problems to our customer’s connections. And in this way we continue.
That effort is the reason that only 10% of Olé´s customers have been affected. We continue to work tirelessly, day and night, and we won´t stop until the service is restored to 100%. We have a highly qualified staff that is considered of one of the best in their field in Europe.
This malicious virus does not affect the computers of our customers, but their connection. If you do not have Internet at the moment that means that your connection is affected. But you do not have to do anything, Olé will handle everything.
We deeply regret this situation and we are close to our customers and millions of people around the world who became the victims of this criminal action.
