It is better to read the entire blog entry regarding the testing of E392 and E398 in the German UMTS and LTE networks:
here's a chinese copy of a chinese copy of a German blog

As said, there could be a difference in how the two modems handle FDD vs TDD vs UMTS. It id notable that the E392 is not at all marketed by the German operators, they stick to the E398 stick (german for dongle). According to the author, the E398 remains the reference when it comes to good reception of LTE 800 band which is the most important in Germany.
In the blog there are references to the MWConn freeware connection manager and to the Fritzbox 7390 (vdsl router with USB port). The E392 is said to work fine with the excellent 7390 router (which I use for VDSL in Belgium. I'll try it in the Swedish networks with the E392 modem).
The references to the German networks, to MWconn freeware and to the AVM7390 router as ell as Dovado lead me to believe that this test was made by a German user. I get the impression that the test was first translated from German into Chinese and then into English. Your translation is unfortunately barely comprehensible. I found the original text in German from maxwireless.de

Here is their test of E398 including using it with the avm7390

Unfortunately, the text does not give any clues regarding whether information on bandwidth, RSRP, RSRQ, PCI or cell identity is provided when used with various routers. Maxwireless rarely gives any in depth technical information, it is info for the general consumer. They don't mention the heat problem eith the E398, nor the high demand on current from the USB port. Dovado has taught us to always use a USB cable to be able to position the dongle vertically and at a distance from the router or computer

There should now be a new firmware for these routers. If anyone considers buying these routers, they should be aware that there is a German version as well as an international version with English as one of the languages but also with technical differences regarding broadband TV etc. It is prudent to get the international version. It remains to be verified though that the international version works with the newest Huawei and Sierra Modems. There is a new international English language section of the German LTE-anbieter.info/forum where these matters can be discussed. The moderators kindly opened this section on my demand. They object to vendors posting about their merchandise, as this forum also does! It gives a negative impression, please take notice!
P.S. Dovado rekommenderas i tyska forum.
LTE testare på 4G 2600, 1800, 900, 800 med Fritzbox AVM 6890, AVM6840, AVM6842, AVM 6820 och AVM 7590/7490/7390 samt diverse mifis från ZTE och Netgear. Några huaweimodem på hyllan.
